By joining our Patreon page —3D for Fun— and accessing any content provided on our page, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Provider & Copyright

All content provided on this Patreon page, including but not limited to 3D models (STL files), images, and texts, is protected by copyright law and remains the intellectual property of 3D for Fun, Rapid Factory Garbecker Str. 15 58809 Neuenrade, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

No ownership rights are transferred. You receive only the usage rights described in these Terms.

2. License – Personal Use

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in your Patreon tier or in an individual post, all files are provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may:

• Download and use the files for personal 3D printing

• Print the models for yourself or as personal gifts

You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute the digital files (free or paid)

• Upload the files to other websites or platforms

• Sell physical prints of the models

• Share access to your downloads with third parties

• Modify the models

3. Commercial License 

Commercial use is only permitted if your Patreon tier or a specific post explicitly grants commercial rights.

If commercial use is granted, you may:

• Sell physical prints made from the provided models

You may not, even with a commercial license:

• Share, resell, or redistribute the digital files (free or paid)

• Upload the files to other websites or platforms

• Share access to your downloads with third parties

• Modify the models

• Transfer or sublicense the license to third parties

4. Limited-Time Content & Archive

Some models are offered as limited-time releases.

• Availability is limited to a defined period (e.g. 2 months)

• It is your responsibility to download content while it is available

• After the availability period, files may be removed, archived, or offered separately

• There is no guarantee that removed content will be made available again

Archived posts may be unlocked individually for an additional fee.

5. Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal (EU / Germany)

In accordance with §356 (5) German Civil Code (BGB):

By accessing or downloading digital content, you expressly agree that the execution of the contract begins immediately.
As a result, your right of withdrawal expires once access or download has started.

6. Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed via Patreon

• Prices include applicable taxes according to EU regulations

• Subscription management, billing cycles, and cancellations are handled by Patreon

• Payment Information: The User
  is responsible for ensuring that their payment information is valid and
  up to date. Failure to pay or the inability to process the due amount
  will result in immediate suspension of access to the services until the
  issue is resolved.

7. Liability Disclaimer

All files and content are provided “as is”.

• No liability is accepted for printing errors, material failures, or damages

• You are responsible for testing and safe use of the models

• Models are not intended for medical, safety-critical, or life-support applications

8. Cancellation Policy

The User may cancel their subscription at any time directly through the Third-Party Platform used to acquire the services. The cancellation:

• Will suspend future recurring charges;
• Will maintain access to the services until the end of the current billing cycle;
• Will not entitle the User to a partial or full refund of any amounts already paid.

The cancellation must be initiated by the User, as 3D for Fun does not have direct access to process cancellations on behalf of the User on Third-Party Platforms.

Uponcancellation, the User will lose access to the community, the right to sell 3D printing files, and other digital content at the end of the current billing period.

9. Changes to Content & Terms

I reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or remove content at any time

• Update these Terms of Use when necessary

The version valid at the time of use shall apply.

10. Monitoring and Penalties

3D for Fun reserves the right to monitor the use of its digital files and physical prints to ensure compliance with these Terms. Any misuse or violation of the provisions in this document will result in the immediate revocation of the commercial license and may include:

• Suspension or termination of access to the services;

• Legal action, including claims for damages resulting from copyright or contractual violations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
